Douse This Conflagration...

Sailing through a tortuous voyage

Rising up with a sigh of relief

Taking this punch with a handful of smile

And still carrying us on this journey of miles...

Where stars are gathering

At a giant screen

Performing a serenade to this very Earth

And.... we are hunting

At its very green

Dislodging canopy of trees

Where Earth is acting like a shield to us

Averting solar rays from reaching us

And we are busy in

Squandering fossil fuels

And spreading filth

Do we not like Sun

To paint Waterfall?

Do we not like Birds

To echo their song?

So then let us all pledge

To keep nature alive

otherwise we rather be

risking our lives.
